    Shipping Policy

    Shipping Time

    After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and our shipping takes 5-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    Tracking

    We will send the tracking number to your email or SMS when the goods have been shipped out of our warehouse.

    Once the order ships, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the postal system. Please note that your order is actually on its way and there is no delay of the package, only the tracking number status. After this period, you can track your order on your country's post office website or https://www.aenromade.com/pages/track-order

     

    Wrong Address

    It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so if your order has not been shipped, please contact us to help you change the shipping address before 12pm the same day. 

    In previous transactions, we encountered many fraudulent transactions and were judged losers by the payment gateway. If we help you change the shipping address after the transaction is complete, we are no longer protected, so we cannot help you change the address that is different from the order. Unless you typed a few letters wrong. Thank you for your understanding.

     

    Lost / Stolen / Damaged Package

    We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your tracking information says your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this to your carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

      

    Customs, Duties, And Taxes

    We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
